Big Buddy Bigfoot

This is just something I did for fun. I remember not too terribly long ago I was watching one of those hunting for Sasquatch shows and they told where the legend comes from. It went something like this (not at all close to word for word, but you'll get the idea)

The origin of Bigfoot comes from small villages that rest below mountains and forests. The elders would tell young boys and girls about a giant harry man beast that wore a basket upon its back. If said little boys and girls disobeyed their parents or misbehaved then the harry man beast would come scoop the kids up and put them in its basket. Then it would march high up into the mountain to its den and devour the young children.
